Bubba's 2018 Coast2Coast Trip

So what other caterer is able to cater breakfast and dinner (and sometimes lunch) for over 50 people for 52 days covering 2400 miles (San Diego, CA to St. Augustine, FL)? Spoiler alert -- check our company's name.

So our first trip of our catering season for the last six years we have been doing Bubba's Pampered Pedalers Coast2Coast bicycle trip. We traveled across California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas (big state - 18 days to cross), Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and finally Florida!

And let's not even mention that we need to make sure that the menus can't be repetitious. That can be quite a challenge during a 52 day trek especially considering in some areas grocery stores (and their stocks) can be limited!
